How We Work
We inspect before we quote. Every job starts on your roof and in your attic — shingles, flashing, valleys, ventilation, deck. We photograph what we find and show you.
We write it down. Your quote lists the full scope: tear-off, underlayment, material, flashing, ventilation, cleanup. One number. No fine-print surprises.
We pull the permits. Baltimore City and Baltimore County require them. We handle the paperwork and the inspections.
We clean up. Old shingles, nails, debris — magnetic sweep of the yard and driveway before we leave.
What We Will Not Do
We will not pressure you. We will not invent damage. We will not ask for full payment before the work starts. And we will not tell you that you need a new roof when you do not — if your roof has years left, we will say so and tell you what to watch for.
